How do I add “share” buttons on bottom of every post?

I would like help to adjust my wordpress blog to automattically add “share” buttons at the bottom of my posts- so that readers
can share with others- Please help. I keep trying to copy and paste button scripts and they vanish. Is there something in the
blog software or a button to check to make automatic?Thanks!

I was able to get a modified version on addthis.com that I can add to the bottom of every post. It’s not super slick, in that users need to identify which service they want to use, but it is certainly better than nothing!
