How do I add social media buttons to the header? (in addition to the defaults)

  My theme (Splendio) options only allow two social media icons in the header, twitter and facebook. However, the theme is designed to display more than two buttons in the header. How can I add other buttons like Tumblr? When I go to Appearance -> theme options the only choices are RSS link, Facebook link and Twitter link, but the graphic display appears to have room for four to five social media buttons. How do I add them?

  My advice is to go to the Themes forum and look up all the threads on Splendio. Someone is sure to have asked this in the past and received an answer.

  I put Spendio up on my test blog before I answered this thread as I always do.
  Splendio Theme Options
  The following options let you configure the social icons in the header. Leave any URL blank to hide its icon.
  RSS Link Show RSS Link in Header
  Twitter Link
  Enter your Twitter URL
  Facebook Link
  Enter your Facebook URL

  Those are the only choices on the Theme Options page.
