How do I add someone to my follower list?

    A friend tried to follow my blog via email, but she didn’t get an email confirmation from WordPress. She asked that I add her email address to my followers list. How do I do this?

    You can’t add people to your subscriber list – the WordPress.COM is an Opt In system – that is to prevent using your blog as a spam machine – they need to click on the link in the email – have they checked the spam filters / boxes etc? Sometimes email from WordPress.COM gets caught in a filter
