How do I add the blog tab?

  I used to have my site automatically open to my blog. I’ve just changed “home” page to a static page. Unfortunately, now I don’t know how to get a blog tab to show along my menu options. How do I get a “Blog” listing to show among the rest of my pages?

  First create a new Page called “Blog” — don’t worry about putting anything in the body of the page, but do publish it.

  After that, go to your reading settings here:

  https://coastalmagicconvention.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php

  In the dropdown next to “Post page” select your new “Blog” page. Scroll down and save changes.

  Since you’re using the default menu, “Blog” will automatically be added to your menu too! :)

  That worked great!! THANK YOU :-) Any chance you could tell me how to make the “Home” tab first in the lineup, instead of where it lands alphabetically? *hopes*

  Yep! You have full control over the page order. You’ll just want to create a custom menu as described here:
