how do I add the event espresso (EE4) plug-in?

  I’ve signed up to trial Event Espresso 4 plug-in on my free wordpress blog but can’t follow the instructions given to upload the required plug-in. There doesn’t appear to be an option for adding this plug-in in the Dashboard. Anyone have advice on this?

  Right.

  As a result, WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard.
