How do i add thumbs-up/down to my comment box?

  Hello, i’m using Triton Lite and i’m having difficulty finding out why there aren’t any thumbs-up/down after a comment has been posted. On my other blog this was not a problem. Let me know, as iv’e gone though all the help forums and can’t find anything.
