How do I add title tag to HTML?

Hello. I’m trying to add a title tag to my HTML and there was no mistakes in the code. However, when I update it, the title line disappeared. I also want to add multiple titles to different pages. Can you help me?

Are you trying to add <title> tags like this to a page in your WordPress site?
When you are creating or editing your page in your Dashboard area. The very top field, right above the permalink, will help make up the title tag of the page. You set this every time you create a page or a post.
