How do I add www to my domain
-
I registered a domain with WordPress but it doesn’t have www
Because of that I’m not able to get Blogger to redirect to WordPressIs there a way to add www to my domain or for me to do something so I can redirect Blogger to WordPress
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your domain, http://www.novasrays.com, will always be redirected to novasrays.com, so you can feel free to use either version on your business cards or elsewhere.
Redirecting the first version of your URL to the second version helps to ensure that search engines index your site properly.
Can you point me to the Blogger support page that is telling you that you need to have www in there for the redirect? I’d be happy to take a look at it.

The problem I’m having is rerouting Blogger to my domain.
when I try to enter it with www I get
“We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. Error 13”
When I don’t put in www I get
“Blogs may not be hosted at naked domains (ex: yourdomain.com). Please add a top-level domain (www.yourdomain.com) or subdomain (blog.yourdomain.com).”
How do I solve this problem? -
Can you ask Blogger support what the error is? I have not heard of any other WordPress.com registered domains having that issue.
I will continue to look into it on our end as well.

I’ve checked my account and CNAME records say “reverification failed”
I’ve tried entering CNAME according to the instructions on the Google Support Page but they aren’t approvedThere’s another option that says I can enter a TXT record
That’s what I did but it hasn’t been getting any verification -
When you say you have checked the account, you mean through the DNS manager here at WordPress.com, right?

I was looking at my Google Blogger account
I’ve figured it out and now it’s being rerouted
I was entering CNAME and TXT in the wrong format
I was entering the text, host name and other information inside < >
That’s what I thought I wasIt would be helpful if there was one or more example from this page on the DNS entering section or if users were able just see (not edit) the DNS for their site so they now they’re doing things right
