How do I adjust and reformat the theme… there are no clear instrutions

  I selected a theme… there are no meaningful instructions on how to use and revise it…

  Welcome to WordPress.com. It’s a great home for blogging, and a rotten place for theme tinkering. First of all, you can only tinker with the CSS, and then only with some of it, and only if you’ve got the paid Custom Design upgrade.

  For some of the newer, configurable themes, the best way to learn is to type the name into the forum search and read what you find,
