How do I Agree to Terms of Service?

    You all at WP are getting as deceptive as unreputable sites! I cannot find the button to agree to terms so I can start creating my new blog! It only gives me the Upgrade to Premium Choice! What’s up with that???? Please let me know how to sign terms so I can move on & not waste any more time! (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    By creating a site on WordPress.com, you automatically are agreeing to our Terms of Service, as indicated when you create your site.
