how do I allocate headers to specific pages

At the moment I can do random pictures or just one. Can I set a picture for one page

Unfortunately, your theme does not support featured images as headers, so that can’t be done.
Some themes, like Twenty Eleven, allow you to designate a post or page’s featured image as the header image.
