How do I allow another administrator to renew the upgrade on the site

I need to transfer the upgrade to another administrator. I originally set up the blog and still have administrator status but don’t deal with the day to day running of the blog. I need to allow others to deal with the site, is it better if I demote my position so I am not needed in the future.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Given your circumstances, I think the best option would be to turn over the site’s ownership to a different user. You can still be an Administrator on the site, but another person would own the responsibility and upgrades.
If this sounds like the right choice for you, here are the instructions:
However, if you truly just want to move an upgrade, we can do that as well. As long as they’re already Administrators on the site, I can do the transfer. Just let me know the name of the user who should be responsible for the upgrade, and which upgrade should be moved.

Thanks for the help. I’ve transferred the blog to the new ‘owner’ and have been advised that support will contact me. I take it once I confirm the new owner will be able to pay for the coming year.

I did everything you said days ago and STILL it hasn’t been transferred. I’ve just been told you are waiting of confirmation. I”M CONFIRMING! Please transfer the blog! If there is something else I need to do the let me know ASAP as we have less than 24 hours to renew.

Still waiting, still not receiving any response on how you want me to confirm. Have in the mean time had to pay for the subscription out of personal funds. Not at all happy. Why is WordPress finding it so difficult to help?

Could you also please tell me why there is no invoice for the recent upgrade transaction? I am unable to claim reimbursement (for something I never should have had to pay in the first place) without an invoice. Can this please be chased up ASAP?
