How do I allow another contributor to my blog?

My friend and I are blogging together. I have set up the site – how do I allow her access and the ability to blog with her own name/avatar etc? We want visitors to the blog to see which of us has contributed

Do you have a WordPress.com site? If so you can follow the directions on our support page which give directions in doing just that:

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.
