How do I allow comments to continually be seen?

    please somebody help.

    how do i allow all comments to my blog to be seen and be ever present?
    I notice some blogs have their comments continually showing in a long stream down the page–i like this.

    But most blogs show no comments and make the viewer click on a comment folder in order to read comments–i do not like this.

    So how do I make/allow each and every comment to stay visible on my blog?

    If you are referring to the comments displaying on the home page then the only theme that does this is the P2 theme other than that comments remain intact on the article perma link page.
