How do I alter the order my images appear in on a page?

  I have added some images to my website page. They have appeared in a different order than I wish. How do I make them appear in the order I want? I used to be able to number them and this would make them appear as I wanted. I can not find this option now.

  How are you inserting the images, one-by-one or using the Gallery feature?

  If you can link to a post or page where you have this problem, that would assist.
