How do I alter the writing in the header please anybody?
-
Hi there, probably a really simple answer but how do I make the wording on my header go into the middle please. I just changed my theme to digg and the words are over the picture.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi raincoaster
Sorry about that, it would help if you could see what you were trying to help with! http://bigpurpledragon.wordpress.com/
For some reason I lost my tagline in the header too?
-
In the Digg theme you can only change the font color, but not the size or the position, and Digg does not come with a tagline.
-
So if you want a centered title and a tagline in this theme, you must incorporate them in the image itself (by editing a copy of it in an image editing application and uploading that copy). Then click the “hide text” option, so that the standard title won’t show.

Thanks for your replies, that solves the missing tagline then! Right I better get onto editing the image then ;-D Cheers for all your help on this guys, I was stumped for ages! x

Hi Purple, can you please tell me how you got the crow image on the left sidebar? Thank you!

As panaghiotisadam, editing the header image itself is the way to go. You lose the link back to your homepage that was there in your header text, but it was an acceptable loss for me since there is a Home button in above it anyway.

Hey got it sorted, sort of anyway! I’m going to have a mess with the picture a bit. Thanks for all your help guys. I don’t think it matters about the link, as you mentioned there is a home button.
Jsperr, the crafty crow is fab. I opened a widget for text then pasted in the crafty crow button. It just appears. If you have any probs let me know and I will go over what I did to check :-)

I don’t know how these things work to be honest, take a look at this link to crafty crow,

This is the information that is given to put the button in your side bar. Hope it works for you!
