How do i apply a backround to the Silver is the New Black

  Hi i need help applying stuff to my css because i cant i want a red backround all over the Silver is the New Black can you post the code below and tell me how to apply it?

  You shouldn’t waste your parent’s money on services you cannot use properly.

  well i found out how to add stuff but i need red all over the theme

  Well, you asked for it:

  * {background-color: red !important;}

  This will turn the BG for everything(!) stylable red as you requested (and most probably break your design). If it doesn’t work for you, learn CSS.
