How do I apply a post category to a specific blog pattern – Spiel theme

    I’m currently building a news site using the Spiel theme.

    Rather than have categories as each page along the top bar, I’ve created pages so that I can use Spiel’s pre-made patterns on each page. For example, if you click on UK news, you have a page of curated UK news along with other things. If you clicked on US news it’d be US news, etc…

    The only issue is, when I go to add a pattern to one of my new pages, it pulls through my latest posts in order that they were published. I want it to specifically pull through posts that have been categorised a specific way. How would I go about doing this?
