How do I arrange the order of my pages?

  I have multiple pages on my site and I want to have them arranged in an order other than simple alphabetical order. Can I manually determine the order in which they appear across the bar under my header?

  You can use a custom menu for that. Custom menus can be setup under Appearance → Menus in your blog dashboard.
