How do I assign individual posts to dedicated pages?

I want to set up my blog with dedicated pages for specific subjects, but I can’t work out how to post to individual pages. Can someone please advise how to do this? The information provided on this help page hasn’t taken me far.

Many thanks, I think. I’ll need to give this closer consideration. It appears my preferred Theme (Piano Black) probably complicates my mission.
What’s important is the objective, if not the precise details of how the outcome will appear. It looks as though I can tweak my objective for some progress.

No, the theme has nothing to do with this. You need to categorize each post under the right category (if you haven’t already done so), then create a custom menu to which you’ll add those categories. See here as well:
