How do I associate my WordPress account with my company's blog?

  Hi there,

  I am attempting to publish a blog through my company’s blog: https://blog.pared.com/
  My email is [redacted by staff], yet when I use this to log into WordPress it appears to log me in successfully but there is no association to my company’s blog site. I am not sure what I’m doing wrong and would love if you could help me reconcile this issue.
