How Do I Attach My Site, Audio Upload Capabilities

  I have a site that is WordPress.
  URL: https://charlottesvilleartists.com
  I have a problem in WooCommerce when uploading Audio Files, they do not play.
  I read that you need a paid plan to be able to upload Audio Files. I do not know how to pay, I cannot find the ‘My Upgrades’ section of the Dashboard that the WordPress Support lists for their Audio post.
