How do I attract more visitors to my blog?

  I started this new blog http://roninyoshino.wordpress.com and I wanted to know how do I attract visitors to it? I know about search engines but I think those are like a hit or miss? Are there any other ways? Any help would be great ^_^

  If you do a forum search for related terms, you’ll find a lot of threads on the topic. There is a LOT of information on this here in the forum.
