How do I back up a wordpress template with filezilla?
-
I want to back up a template (along with the content) I have modified so I can move this to another domain (as well as sending it to my developer).
I tried to drag and drop the template folder through filezilla but it doesn’t seem to work. I can drag files in but not out.
Is there any other way for me to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot export and import WordPress.COM themes so be clear about that.
We provide support only for WordPress.COM blogs here. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are referring to a WordPress.ORG site and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
