How do I back up my blog?

Seems like a ridiculous question because I have been around a while but it just occured to me I don’t have a clue how to do this and can’t find out how on a search.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can use the Export function (Tools / Export in your wp-admin dashboard) to save a copy of all your content except for files.
WordPress.com is heavily backed up and protected against data loss due to disasters, server failures and so on, so you needn’t worry about that. We don’t back up to rescue data lost due to your own actions however, such as accidental deletion – that’s your responsibility.
