How do I block a follower?

I currently have 2 followers victortyler and tom ford that leave comments but I would like to have both blocked from being able to view my blog and blocked from being able to leave comments. I can’t find how to go about blocking other users.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can block them from leaving comments by adding them to the blacklist as instructed here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-blacklist
However, you will not be able to block them from viewing your site. The only way to do that would be to set your site to private, which would simultaneously block your site from everyone else (unless you manually added all visitors you wanted to have access to your site).
