how do I block a spammer?

There is a user going by the name of ‘Ana Bitchesss’ who has made several inappropriate, vulgar comments on my page, and I believe she’s spamming me. How do I block her? When I click on her username, nothing comes up. What should I do?

I’m afraid there’s no way of preventing her from viewing your blog aside from setting your blog to private. I agree with @rkoffy that the comment blacklist seems like best option in this case.Go to Settings ->Discussion in the dashboard and add the username and email as they appear in your comments section, and the blog URL if there is one, each on their own line in the blacklist section. Don’t add the IP address, even though the instructions say you should. IP addresses are no longer unique and you might wind up blocking other people as well.
This won’t prevent this user from commenting with a different username and email address, but unless she’s really targeting you it’s unlikely she’ll go that far.
