How do I block dubious email followers

I have had some recent email followers whose email addresses lead to a money marketing website in Poland. As my blog should hold no interest to money marketers I want to block these followers from my blog but there seems to be no mechanism to do this.
Please advise me on how I can block selected email followers.

This is terrific and many thanks but since my first post there has been another email follower from the same location – (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Removing these followers for me is great but our correspondence will become frequent if the capacity to remove dubious followers remains with WordPress. Can I resubmit my question – how can I block selected email followers?

I removed the follower for you. Currently there’s no user feature yet to remove/block followers.
