how do I block someone

    how do I block someone I am not sure who this person is, they have a coming soon page for their blog its all in german. This person has liked almost all of my comments in a particular post and to be honest it is annoying I have noticed that there is a lot of spam going around here on WordPress lately.

    Hi,

    It is quite difficult to block someone from visiting your site. In a site with a Creator plan site, you could use some plugins to block an IP from accessing your site, but this visitor can always use variable IPs or visit your site from different locations.

    If you’d like to stop someone from commenting on your posts, you can enter their email address in the Disallowed Comments field:
