How do I Block someone from posting permanently on my blog?

  I would like to block a poster from commenting (and reading if possible) on my blog. How do I do so without changing all of my settings and blocking everyone?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t.

  That’s not how this is set up.

  Also set comments to require Moderation so you need to approve all comments – then no comments are put on your blog that you don’t approve and want
