How do I block someone who is following me who I feel may be dangerous to my personal well-being?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t. If your blog is ‘public’ anyone can subscribe, or read it. You can ban them from commenting, by putting their email address, or username, or identifier in the ‘blacklist’, but that’s about it.
If you feel genuinely threatened, you should contact your local police, and ask them what information they require to start an investigation.
Or you can make your blog, or individual posts, private.

Thank you. I have now made my blog private, which will unfortunately lessen the amount of followers, but because the follower I am referring to as being threatening said specifically in his blog that he was a psychopath and was interested in child sexual abuse (which is the topic of my blog in general) and his blog posted pictures of child abuse, this is the safest option. I do not know this person, but he does seem dangerous, but he also lives on a different continent, so local police cannot do anything about it. Anyhow, thank you for your response!

If that person is hosted on WordPress.com, go to the blog and on the black admin bar, you can use the drop down menu to report it. Other web hosts generally have a way to report blogs that are in violation of their terms of service, and most ban child abuse.
You may also wish to report him to the police in HIS location.
