How do I block spam followers?

  How do I block followers that are obviously spam and/or completely inappropriate?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately there’s no way to block them. If they are on a free hosted WordPress.com blog you can report them by hovering over the blog name in the toolbar top-left and selecting “Report content” from the drop-down menu. If they’re not hosted on WP.com, though, there’s nothing you can do besides ignore them.
