How Do I blog to different pages by default?

I have only just created my blog and as I’ve been reading about, I can’t seem to find an option to the ultimate blog i’d like. I want to be able to set a particular page on my blog page as the default, where all my new posts go to and I want to be able to otherwise specify which other page to blog to if i want to use a different one. I’d like to keep my “Homepage” free so that my “Hello World” type message remains on top of that page but i want to be able to have all my other posts on the site but not on that page.
How can I do this? Is it even possible?

Hi there,
You can use a static page for your front page, and then assign another page as your posts page.
You could also assign categories to your individual posts, and place a link to these category pages in your navigation menu by using the Custom Menus feature:

That helped a lot. Just a quick bother though, could you give me the link that shows how to add a contact form?I remember seeing it in my read-about but I’ve lost track of where I came from.Thanks again for your help.
