How do I bring separate blogs into one dashboard?

  I started a blog awhile ago and then I decided to start a second blog. They’re currently under two separate logins. I’d like to bring them together onto one dashboard without starting all over. Does anyone know how to manage multiple blogs under one login and dashboard if you’ve created them separately?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
