How do I cancel a charge?

If my plan is free, why was I charged $36? And, why is there no one at the phone number listed to answer this question?? Instructions to remove don’t make any sense either. Where is customer service?

Phone support is not offered on WordPress.com, all support is done through online communication.
You can check your billing history and manage all purchases through Manage Purchases section.

Your site at http://excelldee.wordpress.com/ is on our free plan and you haven’t been charged for anything – you haven’t even provided credit card information on this account yet so we couldn’t charge you even if we wanted to.
We also don’t have a plan that costs $36 on WordPress.com.
Where exactly did you see that you have been charged for that amount?
