How do I cancel a plan???????

When I go to the Billing History, it tells me to use the Purchases page to cancel a plan. But when I go to the Purchases page, it only offers to sell me an upgrade, even though it says that I’m on the Premium Plan.
I thought that the Premium Plan includes support, but the ‘Happiness Engineers’ doesn’t seem to have a link to get support, and Contact Us just goes to the Forum. How do I get support from wp.com????The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
