How do I cancel a processing wordress import that failed?

    I tried importing my old WordPress blog to a the new one by following the provided instructions, but it failed. Now I cannot cancel the ‘processing’ request to try again. How do I do that without deleting the site and starting over?

    Hi there,
    Do not delete the site! Site deletion is a permanent and irreversible act.

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck and this thread has been tagged for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.
