How do I cancel a theme?

I ordered a theme but it mapped to the wrong blog. How can I cancel this purchase?

This blog is also also wearing a free theme http://projectfeel.com/Please confirm the URL of the blog you purchased the theme for. Note that one has to be logged in under the exact same username that registered a blog to purchase an upgrade for it and have that upgrade applied to that blog.

Provided you are actually referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog and not to a WordPress.org install and you did purchase a premium theme form WordPress.COM then you can request a refund and log in under the correct username account and purchase the theme for the correct blog.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
