All WordPress.com blogs are free of charge and are hosted free of charge. What is the URL starting with http:// of the exact site you are referring to being billed for?

When I initially signed up, I signed up for a package that allowed me to have unlimited blogs for $14.95 a month. I only created one blog aroundtownorlando and would like to stop being billed.
