How do I cancel anything I might be charged for?
-
i was just trying to look at potential themes our website development team could try. MJ’s Gardening Club and lincolncountygardeners were manes I had chosen. I had not created a blog or domain name, to my knowledge. Is there anything I will be charged for on my account at the end of the trial period? I used 2 address: maryjane.mastergardener@ gmail.com and (email visible only to moderators and staff). I did enter my credit card number. We will be using WordPress but someone else will be creating our site. Thanks

There are no Upgrades associated with your account, so there is nothing to charge for.
If you have additional questions, please let us know :-)

So even though I was working with the $99 package I will not be charged the $99 since its within the timeframe to cancel, correct? I just want to be sure! Thanks.

Your account doesn’t have any WordPress.com sites associated with it.
Can you confirm the address of the site in question?
Once you give me some additional clarification, I will be more than happy to continue addressing your issue.

I believe the only address was (email visible only to moderators and staff) The only other possibility would be (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Thanks for your help!

I thought I was working on a package which would charge me $99 if I didn’t cancel before the trial period ended. The potential address are in previous response. I may not have been far enough in the process to actually have created anything. If I wasn’t I assume I won’t be charged.
Let thanks for checking. -
There is a WordPress.com Premium Plan Trial associated with an account that is tied to one of the email addresses you provided, but it doesn’t belong to your user account, mjbonelitz.
If you also control this user account and would like to cancel this Upgrade, please log into WordPress.com as this other user and submit your cancellation request here.
