How do I cancel auto-renewal of my domain if I don't have any upgrades showing?

  All of the support content tells me to go to ‘My Upgrades’ to cancel domain auto-renewal, but I have no upgrades on that page and therefore nothing to cancel. The ‘My domains’ page says that my domain will expire in a few days (which is what I want to happen). However, I get emails telling me that my domain will auto-renew on the expiration date. None of the options to ‘edit’ the domain seem to relate to renewal. I have changed my primary domain to the default wordpress option. How do I ensure that I don’t get charged for the domain?

  Update: I had originally upgraded the domain from a different WordPress account, and when I logged into that account I was able to view the domain under “My Upgrades” and cancel auto-renewal as the directions stated.
