How do I cancel autorenew?

    I have just paid for a personal account, and am looking to cancel autorenew.
    When I go on “Edit payment method” their is an option to request a full refund and lose all privelidges, but no option toj just cancel auto renew.

    How do I do this?

    Hi there,

    Staff can disabled Auto Renew option.
    I have added the ‘modlook’ tag to get some staff attention. Staff will soon help you out.

    Hi there,

    I have disabled the auto-renew option for your plan and your domain. This means that you’ll have to manually renew them next year and be very careful not to be late as the domain may expire and it’ll be difficult to get it back.

    If you change your mind, let us know and we’ll re-enable the auto-renewal option.
