How do I cancel my account?

    I am no longer using this tool. I am looking on how to cancel and get my money back from the renewal on April 23rd. Each time I click on what is suggested, there doesn’t seem to be any link to cancel. Thank you so much!

    Hi,
    WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted/closed permanently once created.

    But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

    Regarding getting your money back, I have tagged a staff member to help you with the same.

    There are no recent transactions on the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site you renewed?

    Once I know more, I’ll take a look for you.
