  How do I cancel my account. I forgot I didn’t cancel my account. We have never used it and didn’t realize it auto renewed. I would like a refund of the recent renewal fee.

  Hey there,
  Please go to your Dasboard>Store>My Upgrades>”Cancel”. Please read the support document as well.

  To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column. If it’s more than 2 days past the purchase date, you will not receive a refund, but the domain can still be canceled by contacting support.
