how do I cancel my account, delete the blog, and get my 30 day refund?

  I would like to cancel my domain (purchased 28 days ago) and request a refund. I do not find the “cancel and refund” button on my dashboard. Please do help.

  I don’t see any transactions on your account. Did you receive any receipts from us?

  I show a transaction on my credit card dated Nov 6 for $99.00 from WordPress.

  Are you sure that it was placed through your newsentience account? Could you have perhaps used a different account?

  If not, please contact us via support@wordpress.com with the date and amount of the transaction and your name as it appears on your card.

  Sorry, you’re right. It was sent to another email: gudding.gabriel@gmail dot com. I have the receipt. It’s the $99, dated Nov 6. Should I still write support@wordpress with this information?

  Yes, we’ll need to be contacted by the account that purchase it in order to grant a refund.
