How do i cancel my automatic renewal?

    how do i cancel my automatic renewal? There is no cancel button in the Store>my upgrades menu. It says contact support if you want to cancel it.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    @redaktionentidning I see that you are an administrator on the site, but you aren’t the owner of the upgrades. The owner of the site will be able to login and cancel the automatic renewal. Alternatively, if he or she posts from the owner account to this thread, I’ll be happy to cancel any auto-renewals that may be active.
