How do I cancel my blog

My blog was set up as an advertisement to sell our house. Now that it is sold, I no longer need my blog. How can I cancel it or delete it?

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
