How do I cancel my domain and get my $18.00 back so that I can get out now?

I want a refund from my credit card for the $18.00 that I paid to get the domain. I want to cancel the domain. Your website is so easy to sign up but really complicated to cancel… very difficult on purpose I believe. I am going to cancel my credit card charge now as your website is not helping me AT ALL in the refund process and my time will soon be running out!

My intention was to follow the blog of another and was asked to pay $18 by credit card. I did not upgrade as I didn’t want that, just to be included in postings of my friend’s blog. No receipt was issued by email, so,erhaps the transaction was not completed? I did try using the dashboard and to no avail as no upgrades were purchased, so the instructions were not helping me. I assumed it cost $18 for access to the blog then I found out it was free, so I wanted the money back. I will check with my credit card account to see if they received a payment. Thank you for mentioning the receipt – that may be the clue I needed to sort this out.

If you were charged you should have received an email receipt sent to the email address of record for your account
