How do I cancel my free trial? I don't want to be charged for this.

    What do I have to do to cancel my trial? I cannot locate any place where I can do this and no thread actually provides instructions.

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to disable auto-renew and get a refund.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    To disable autorenew go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

    You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.

    You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.

    We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.
    You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.

    You can confirm your billing history at > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and that’s where the transaction numbers are found.
