How do I cancel my renewal and get a refund when when I go onto my purchases it says I have not purc

    I can’t see any billing history and I can’t see any purchases or upgrades so how do I cancel? I’ve been charged today for an auto renewal that I do not want because I can’t find where to cancel it.

    Hi there,

    You don’t have any upgrades in your account, so if you got charged it was for an upgrade purchased using another account. If you have another username on WordPress.com, please log in as that username and you should see the upgrade on your Purchases page.

    If you don’t remember having another username, please try looking for the transaction at https://wpchrg.com/ and use the contact link on that page to contact us privately if needed.
